We travel regularly on business worldwide and on a recent BNI conference in Manchester we used the services of Manchester Airport Taxis, the service was professional from the outset with our names clearly marked on the sign when we came out of the arrivals hall. Just to let you know what a brilliant service you offer. We used your company on 04/03/2011 & 11/03/2011 On pick up from home the chap was early & on pick up from the airport, i had put the time down as a hour after landing to ensure we weren't holding anyone up, on coming through arrivals you gentleman was already waiting for us. So no hanging around for us. Both gentleman were very polite & helpful.

I used Manchester Airport Taxis for the first time ever for a return journey to Manchester Airport.

Having used other taxi companies in the past, I was immediately pleasantly surprised by the politeness and friendliness of the driver and the cleanliness of the taxi itself.

My journey to the airport was faultless and the driver confirmed I would be picked up on my return.

When, on my return, I exited from Arrivals I was surprised and impressed to see my original driver waiting for me with a name sign and he welcomed me home !

We were relocating back to UK from India. It was a long flight from Delhi to Manchester. I was a little worried as it was quite late at night when we arrived, sub-zero temperature outside and I had an eight months old daughter and large quantity of luggage.

But the driver was waiting at the terminal with my name. He helped us carrying and loading the luggage to the car and also buckling my daughter in the child seat. All in all it was excellent service. The car was Volvo estate - very roomy and modern. Everything (4 large suitecase, 4 small ones and a pram) did fit in it. The taxi fare was also very reasonable. My son Benjamin and I just returned from our trip to England. We had a fantastic time. We saw four matches in five days - at Old Trafford, at Liverpool, at Everton, and at Wigan. In addition, we were able to take tours of Man City's Stadium and at Old Trafford so we actually went to five stadiums in five days.

I want to thank you for dedicating Graham to us during our stay. He was exceptional and really made our trip special. Since we did not have long to plan our trip, figuring out how to get to and from each game was going to be a real challenge. Graham took care of all of that for us. He dropped us right at the gate each time and confidently picked us up at the scheduled time and place after each game. That was more difficult than it sounds due to the opening weekend crowds at each stadium - all stadiums were at full capacity or nearly so.

In addition, he went above and beyond the call of duty in our opinion. On the way to each game we would ask Graham a dozen different trivia questions about where we were going - what the population of the town was, what the size of the university was, how many people did the stadium hold, who was hurt or in the line-up at United, etc. Graham usually could answer all but one or two questions. Interestingly, when he would pick us up after the game, he would always have the answer to this questions as well. He used his off time to look up things on our behalf. That made us feel like we were important to him. He also made an effort to drop us at the dock in Liverpool so we could have some extra time to explore. We really appreciated that.

Because of conflicting schedules, my son and I don't get to travel much together any more so this short soccer holiday to an unfamiliar place was meant to be special to us, and it was. Graham's personal attention to us was a big reason why our trip was such a success. Thank you for letting him drive us. He did a great job. He is a great ambassador for your company.

I just want to thank you and your marvellous driver, Martin, for taking such good care of my daughter. I had her fly into Manchester (though Liverpool would have been closer to her destination), as I was told of your reliable taxi service and I needed my teenage daughter to be driven a 55-mile distance into the countryside. Little did I know her plane would arrive over 4 hours late and this drive would be in the middle of the night to a manor estate very difficult to enter.

Your assurance over the phone that you could accommodate the excessively tardy flight and then your driver's determination and patience to make sure that my daughter was safely ensconced before he left... all this was totally professional and caring. Thank you all so very, very much. I feel like your taxi service amounts to safe harbour and I will pass on the word.

Whilst taking my 70yr old mother to the airport I had a blow out in my car. I was quite close to the airport, but my Green Flag cover would only take to one destination. My mum had only an hour to make her flight. Manchester Airport Taxis saved the day! They came and pick my mum up of the hard shoulder and took her to the airport.

The driver was utterly charming and genuinely concerned for my mother’s welfare - to top it all he didn't even charge us for the trip! A real knight in shining armour. Your help and generosity is much appreciated!!!
